As a community celebrant and registered solemniser, It is my privilege and joy to hold Weddings, Baby Naming Ceremonies, Funerals, Memorial services and Ceremonies of Transition and Threshold.
I collaborate with you to help create meaningful, memorable ceremonies at key moments in your life.
So whether it is you and your partner choosing to marry, or you and your family welcoming new life or saying goodbye to a loved one or navigating the difficult journey towards your own funeral, I am here to help you on your path to your ceremony; to say what you need to say, to do what you need to do, to create a heartfelt ceremony that has meaning for you.
During the ceremony we tap into the power of ritual to express our love, our loss and our hopes for the future.
On the day of the ceremony, I hold the ceremony for you, organising and executing the day you planned so you can let go and be fully present to this most important moment in your life.
As a documentary filmmaker I loved researching life’s big themes, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and telling their stories. I bring this passion and experience into my celebrant role.
All couples and families are different, and people marry with different intentions and expectations, and at different stages of their lives. I embrace and welcome all of these diversities.
You may want a small wedding, you may want to be married indoors or out of doors, formal or informal. You may want to include hand-fasting and other rituals for your special day. All of this is possible.
There are wonderful diverse places where you can get married to suit you and your story.
You tell me what is important to you and together we will find the right words, the right rituals and the perfect location.
As a registered Solemniser with Entheos Ireland, I am authorised to perform legal weddings seven days a week and I am able to meet the needs of secular, non-denominational and interfaith couples.
I am delighted to perform all forms and sizes of Wedding Ceremonies including Vow Renewals.
Nothing is more beautiful in this world than a Welcoming Ceremony; gathering in love with your family and wider community to name and honour and welcome this wonderful human being into your family and putting forward gifts to support them on their life journey.
There are many milestone moments in all of our lives that we may want to mark. Some key ones that may also benefit from ritual to celebrate and integrate change are, Coming of Age Ceremony or Name Changing. You can talk to me about any significant change in your life or the lives of your loved ones that you would like to acknowledge with a ritual.
Communities and organisations also benefit from the gift of ritual to mark key moments of loss or gain, important events or thresholds on their journey.
Work is such a big part of our lives and rituals can also help in the work environment to support fellow workers and to bond as a team.
Especially important are memorials services for our departed colleagues.
It would be a pleasure to be a part of that important process for your company or community.
As a community celebrant I am committed to meeting the needs of both secular families and families who may want to include religious content in their funeral ceremony. I understand first-hand the need for each family to create a ceremony that meets their needs and honours the life of their loved one. You are welcome to contact me by phone or email to begin a conversation or you can pass my details to your Funeral Director and they will engage me directly.
